Wild West Music Festival
MARICOPA — Some of Maricopa’s finest cuisine lined the Copper Sky field at Wild West Music Fest. Among the food trucks was the new Namkeen Dhaba, whose owners used the festival as their opening weekend.
Husband-and-wife owners Manoj and Erin Kari said their goal is to bring authentic Indian cuisine to the Maricopa community through their butter chicken, chicken korma and palak paneer.
